I made this on a whim because I love Star Wars and I love those “How Many Sleeps” sites. So I made my own janky one. It just uses simple jQuery, and is terribly written. But I love it. And sometimes I update it with new stuff.
Like now I have different links when you click on the movie name, and if I don't update the site until after the movie's come out, it doesn't continue counting down in the negative (except the time part, which was even more janky before I fixed it).
Oh, oh, and internally the site synchronizes the links from Google, so I don't always have to come in and drop in links whenever there's news.
This site uses jQuery for functionality, AddThis so you can share the site with your friends, Google Ads to pay for the server space, the actual Star Wars logo, but everything else is custom.
So, this is it. I hope you don't hate it.
